I completed my bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Barnard College, Columbia University, my Master of Social Work (MSW) at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, and am currently training in adult psychoanalysis at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in New York City.

In addition to my academic background, I have pursued specialized training in couples and sex therapy at the Couples Institute and the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy. I am also in ongoing collaboration and consultation with multiple AASECT-certified sex therapists on working with a range of relational and sexual concerns.

To me, therapy is not only a treatment aimed at the relief of symptoms, but a deeper project oriented toward supporting my patients in accessing their authentic selves and creating lives that feel rich and meaningful to them.
