At the heart of therapy is deep listening. In our sessions, I listen closely for what is spoken and what remains unsaid. I hope to create the conditions for my patients to access thoughts, feelings, yearnings, and desires that may have been buried for a long time.

Relationships and sexuality are complex, alive, and ever-changing. They ask of us patience, presence, and the capacity to tolerate uncertainty and discomfort. Through a balance of gentle inquiry and active redirection, I support couples and individuals in dislodging entrenched negative patterns and creating a more open and responsive way of being with one another.

The body is central to my work. Alongside relational and analytic theory, I draw from a range of somatic modalities.

People of all gender expressions and identities, as well as straight and queer couples are welcome in my practice.
