About

I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Barnard College, Columbia University, before receiving my Master’s from Silberman School of Social Work with a concentration on sexuality and gender studies.

I have received training in sex and relationship therapy from some of the most well-known clinicians in the field including Ellyn Bader, Peter Pearson, Ian Kerner, and Suzanne Iasenza.

My clinical specialty is working with couples, but I also work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I focus on the mind-body connection and use somatic methods including internal family systems and somatic experiencing. By bridging the mind and body, I support my clients in intimately knowing and trusting themselves.

In therapy, we find patterns that may be repeating themselves unconsciously. Through insight, my clients can see parts of themselves that they were previously shut off from. This increased awareness allows for new choices and expanded possibilities. I love this work and feel profoundly honored to be invited into my clients’ inner worlds.

I welcome clients of all gender expressions and identities, as well as straight and queer couples in all relationship styles.
